COMPOUND LINER

Compound applicator is equipped with electronic nozzle.
Machine and mandrel speeds are independent and controlled by means of drive units.
Separator worms on both sides in order to optimise and speed up end separation.

Command and control of compound application unit by means of an electronic system which has the following advantages:
– easy set-up for compound distribution for various production speeds;
– easy set-up of application unit for different sizes;
– application unit equipped with compound flushing system.

VERTICAL POCKET OVEN

Automatic machine for compound drying on round, oval or rectangular ends and aerosol can domes.
Ends are conveyed inside the oven with special pockets made of heat-resistant plastic.

Automatic temperature control which is adjustable.
Electronic safety device for flame control.
Rapid and automatic size change-over on both sides.
