The die assembly main advantages are an absolute sturdy design which guarantees; a perfect cut without burrs, and low wear on cutting parts thanks to:
– scroll tool with carbide cutting blades located in the middle of the toolholder and guided by 4 Agathon type roller columns;
– cast-iron toolholder supported by 4 columns with bushings that assure an always perfect parallelism between toolholder and base;
– very rigid block casting structure.
Extremely rigid cast-iron cutter holders for sheet trimming.
Fixed pitch sheet calibrator bars allowing for high precision, even in case of printed pre-scroll sheets.

Automatic lubrication system.
Separate electrical cabinet with operation control by PLC, fixed pulley for speed change run by synchrony motor inverter.
New Cevolani machines are built with our traditional standards of dura-bility and solidity. This allows used machinery to maintain value in time.
The common Wear and tear spare parts are always available in our warehouse.
Electronic sheet counters with automatic double sheet ejection.
Gears in oil bath external to the machine that allow a rapid and simple size change.

SHEET FEEDER MA 548

Sheet pick-up by means of four suction cups – positive sheet feeding by means of cams with adjustable timing and linear sheet introduction on the first table, without scratches even at high speed.
Optic safety barrier.
